Mark White, Hospital Director at Peninsula NHS Treatment Centre, commented: “As part of one of the UK’s leading health care providers, we are committed to knowing our patients well and a vital part of being able to achieve this is by having a truly diverse colleague base, reflective of the UK population. We are part of a growing cohort of employers which have confidence in employing people with a disability, providing those colleagues with opportunities to realise their potential.”
